The Natural Science Center of Greensboro is bringing Jack Hanna, world-renowned naturalist and wildlife conservationist, to the Triad to host the Land Rover Starlight Safari on October 6.  We here at Sign-A-Rama were excited to be able to do a full vehicle wrap on this Land Rover for the event.  Hanna will delight attendees by introducing exotic animals and sharing amazing animal stories from his expeditions around the globe.  The Land Rover was sponsered by NSC and Land Rover of Greensboro, and the graphics were created and placed on the vehicle by our very own installation staff.

When our customer - Winston Packaging, in Winston-Salem - needed to update the signage at their corporate office and factory they contacted us as we had done their previous signs (5 Years ago!).  They were very satisfied with the work we did before they knew they could count on us to design, manufacture and install their new signs as well as un-install and dispose of their old signs.

With a new logo and image for the corporations, new signs were an inportant facet of the Winston Packaging brand.  We were pleased to get the job and be of service to this company!

Friendly Urgent Care

The primary purpose of signage is to inform the public of a business' products and services.  LED electronic message centers (EMC's) have come to play a great part in how businesses promote themselves.  THe additional of an EMC display gave our customer diversity in how they can represent themselves.  Not only is there a greater opportunity to offer ongoing messages about the clinic's services, but information offerings can be posted almost instantly to the sign.  Businesses can now reap the rewards of a changeable message to a very mobile public that consistently passes by their location.

Gallery Lofts

Big banners are easy to see.  One day a building is just another business in a strip mall or that same old painted glass window or neon downtown, the next day a big banner has changed the visual landscape.  "What is different?" asks the population, its the banner.  Bigger is better.

Big banners are simple. In fact, they work because they are simple. Single messages, simple words, and direct appeals keep the big banner accessible to the most causal passer-by. In a car, a driver or a passenger may zip by and still catch the new sale, the grand opening, or the brand-of-the-month.

Big banners are colorful. They offer a wonderful chance to jazz up a dull brick building or an aging structure. Colors rule in banners. They are king in big banners. The goal is to attract attention. They even generate excitement. Color is the key. Use a big banner's color to contrast with the businesses usual color schemes. Use colors to show change as well as having the banner announce change in its lettering.

Big banners are promotional. As a new addition to the visual landscape, they are by their very nature a demonstration of something new. The bigger the new banner the bigger the sense of promotion. Bigger is louder. Signs in the window are restricted to the size of the frame. Banners have no such restriction. They can be as big as the building.

Together with our client, Washington DC based Hammer Communications, we printed and installed four 20’ W x 60’ H banners on the Gallery Lofts building in Winston-Salem to help market this warehouse to lofts conversion.

Cellular Sales – Verizon Wireless

Our client asked for a sign package that would communicate their presence as if fireworks were going off every night.  A combination of channel letters & flange panels for signage and border neon that wraps around the entire store helps consumers find this store in a busy shopping area of Statesville, NC.

Cellular Sales – Verizon Wireless

Our client insists on signage that communicates their commitment to high quality products and services. The sign for their new location in the Salisbury Mall accomplishes that objective. It helps this new store stand out from numerous competitors in the mall. The use of aluminum background, push-thru acrylic with painted aluminum faces and internal illumination creates a halo appearance for the brand that is eye catching and legible.

Apple Spice Junction is the newest location of the national franchise business to business catering company.  Franchisors understand the importance of signs and work with their franchisees to implement signage as a crucial element of their branding.  At the new Greensboro location we installed formed letters and an aluminum flange panel on the wall.  We used our state of the art digital printer to produce lively 4 color graphics for the flange panel, perforated window film and tenenant panels.
