Flat Rigid Face - A sheet of either acrylic or lexan with either vinyl or backsprayed painted graphics.
Formed Face - A vacuum formed acrylic or lexan face with either vinyl or backsprayed painted graphics. These faces are more rigid and are stronger and more durable than a standard flat face.
Formed Embossed Face - Same as a standard formed face except the lettering is vacuum formed as well raising the letters further off the surface of the face. The face is then backsprayed to add color.
Flex Face - A flexible face normally used in larger sign cabinets. These faces can be either digitally printed or have vinyl applied. These faces can be cut to any shape and are tightened inside of a frame.
Routed Aluminum Face w/ Acrylic Backing - This a sheet of aluminum that has been cut on a CNC router and painted. It then has acrylic placed behind the openings in the aluminum to diffuse the light from the graphics cut out.
Routed Aluminum w/ Push Thru Acrylic Letters - Same as the above face type except rather than just having acrylic behind the openings, the acrylic comes out through the openings. This gives the letters a halo illumination effect as well as making the sign more dimensional.
