For a long time Neon has been the go to source for bright and bold illuminated signs. Many people like the nostalgic and artistic appeal of Neon. Also Neon tubes give out light in 360 degrees and since LEDs face forward the light is only projected to the front. If you should chose to have an open faced channel letter sign Neon is the only option available.
